Return Policy

At AQSA Collections, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a simple return process.

Eligibility

• Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
• Original tags and packaging must be intact
• Shoes should be tried on carpeted surfaces only

How to Return

1. Contact us via email at info@aqsacollections.store
2. Provide your order ID and reason for return
3. We will arrange a pickup or provide return address
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, refund will be processed within 3-5 business days

Refund Information

• Cash on Delivery orders: Refund via bank transfer or JazzCash/EasyPaisa
• Refund amount: Full product price (delivery charges non-refundable)
• Processing time: 3-5 business days after we receive the returned item

Non-Returnable Items

• Items that have been worn, used, or damaged by the customer
• Items without original tags or packaging
• Sale items (unless defective)

Defective Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
